I've never really had a bad stay at a Doubletree, and this was no exception. The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was dark. Best night's sleep we've had in a while. The shower was wonderful too.
Staff was exceptional. I had just left another one of your partner hotels in Knoxville downtown. I was not happy with them.
Nice and clean great lobby, great staff and knowledgeable. Just wished that when reserving it would announce No Outside Food or Beverages.
