The manager, Priti, goes above and beyond to help guests. I left my jacket at the hotel and she could not have been more helpful in shipping it to my home. She and other staff were also accommodating, gracious and helpful during my stay there.
This place is under rated. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—it made traveling with a young child so much easier.
Douglas Inn is my go to place when I stay in Cleveland TN. You cannot beat the value. Staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and welcoming, it is in an excellent location and very affordable.
